BETA PROGRAM AGREEMENT

Effective Date: August 19, 2024

This Beta Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made between WriterX.ai ("WriterX," "we," "us," or "our") and the participant ("you" or "your").

• Acceptance: By participating in the WriterX Beta Program ("Beta Program"), you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
• Eligibility: Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary and subject to our approval. We reserve the right to revoke your access at any time without notice.

Beta Features

• Nature of Beta Features: Beta features are experimental and may not be as reliable or fully functional as the final versions. These features are provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of performance or reliability.
• Changes: WriterX may modify or discontinue any Beta feature at any time without notice.

Feedback

• Provision of Feedback: We encourage you to provide feedback on your experience with the Beta features. By providing feedback, you grant WriterX a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your feedback in any manner.

Data Usage

• Data Collection: WriterX may collect data related to your use of Beta features to improve our products and services.
• Privacy: Your participation in the Beta Program is subject to WriterX's Privacy Policy, available at .

Disclaimers

• No Support: WriterX is not obligated to provide support for Beta features.
• No Liability: WriterX is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from your use of Beta features.

Termination

• Termination: You may terminate your participation in the Beta Program at any time by discontinuing use of the Beta features. WriterX may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Beta Program at any time without notice.

General

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WriterX regarding the Beta Program.
